Studio 3 is a 480 sq ft rehearsal studio for up to 20 people, with a sprung dance floor, tables and chairs. Great for rehearsals, classes, auditions and small events.

Step into our versatile 480 square foot studio, designed to inspire creativity and movement. With a capacity of 20 seats, a professional sprung dance floor, the building’s liability insurance (renters add their own certificate for performances or events over 50; see the Rental Agreement), and flexible table and chair arrangements, it’s the ideal space for rehearsals, dance classes, workshops, and meetings.

Rates

Hourly Rehearsal Rate: $40

Weekdays before 4pm: $35/hr
Nights and Weekends $40/hr
Drop in Rate: $30/hr (space permitting)

Full Day: $400

Class Rate: $40/hr
Audition Rate: $40/hr
