Premiere your film, host a festival screening or give a presentation in the Crown: stadium-style red theater seating and exposed brick, now upgraded with a 4K projector and new 150-inch wide cinema screen, 7.1 surround sound and a Mac mini. Bring your file on an external hard drive or USB drive, plug it into our Mac mini and press play, steps from Times Square.

Rates

Screenings & Presentations
2-hour slot: $825
Each extra hour: $150
Full day (up to 10 hours): $1,650
Full week (up to 10 hours a day): $4,395
4K projector, wide screen, 7.1 surround sound and Mac mini included.
Add-ons:
Screening technician: $70 for the first 2 hours, then $30 per extra hour. Book at least 48 hours ahead; extra technician time beyond what was booked is $30 per hour, billed in 30-minute steps.
Wireless handheld mic: $10
Lavalier (clip-on) mic: $25
Podium: $25
Clicker: included in the Presenter Kit
Presenter Kit (podium, handheld mic, clip-on mic, clicker): $60
Video podcast studio with technician, to record interviews or a Q&A: $175/hour
Add-ons are per event. Please reserve at least 48 hours ahead. Lost or damaged equipment is charged at replacement cost.
Red Carpet Room (Studio 3) with red carpet, velvet ropes and two softbox photo lights for premiere and opening-night photos: $400 for up to 3 hours ($75 per extra hour); with 25 welcome drinks $550; with 50 welcome drinks $700 (add it when you book your room, or book the Red Carpet Room on its own). Event photographer: $175 per hour (2-hour minimum), edited photos delivered online within 3 to 5 days
Drink tickets for your guests from our full bar: $7 each (well drinks, wine and beer)
