Add-ons:
Screening technician: $70 for the first 2 hours, then $30 per extra hour. Book at least 48 hours ahead; extra technician time beyond what was booked is $30 per hour, billed in 30-minute steps.
Wireless handheld mic: $10
Lavalier (clip-on) mic: $25

Clicker: included in the Presenter Kit
Presenter Kit (podium, handheld mic, clip-on mic, clicker): $60
Video podcast studio with technician, to record interviews or a Q&A: $175/hour
Add-ons are per event. Please reserve at least 48 hours ahead. Lost or damaged equipment is charged at replacement cost.
Red Carpet Room (Studio 3) with red carpet, velvet ropes and two softbox photo lights for premiere and opening-night photos: $400 for up to 3 hours ($75 per extra hour); with 25 welcome drinks $550; with 50 welcome drinks $700 (add it when you book your room, or
book the Red Carpet Room on its own). Event photographer: $175 per hour (2-hour minimum), edited photos delivered online within 3 to 5 days
Drink tickets for your guests from our full bar: $7 each (well drinks, wine and beer)
